RevampRadar · prospecting without borders
Building a website got easy.
Selling one didn’t.
Type a place and a trade. Any place, no country limit. RevampRadar sweeps it for sites that are losing customers, scores each one on seven dimensions, drafts the pitch, and stops following up the moment someone replies.
Private beta. No card, no setup call.

Why now
Building stopped being the bottleneck.
A decent website took weeks. That was the hard part, and it was also your moat — few people could do it, so the work came to you.
You can ship a good site in a day, and so can everyone else. The scarce thing is no longer the build. It is knowing who needs one.
Every tool got better at making things. None of them got better at finding someone to make them for.
That is the gap RevampRadar sits in. It does the part that did not get automated: working out who has a problem worth fixing, and getting a message in front of them.
Reach
Your market is the internet, not your postcode.
Search runs on open web results and Google Places with no country restriction, so a designer in Belgrade prospects Austin, Lisbon or Melbourne the same way they prospect their own street. Those markets were never closed to you — they were just impossible to find your way into.
It works down the road from you too. You are simply not limited to it.

Let the follow-ups run
Stops on reply, automaticallyTwo follow-ups go out on day three and day seven. The moment a reply lands in your mailbox, the sequence stops on its own.

Automation
Then stop doing those four steps yourself.
Everything above is the manual path, and it works. But the reason to use RevampRadar rather than a spreadsheet and a lot of tabs is that it will run the whole sequence for you — either on request, or on a schedule you never touch again.
Agent
One sentence in, a plan out.Write what you want in plain language. The agent turns it into a numbered plan — which searches to run, which leads to analyse, whether to build landing pages, whether to send — with a reason and a credit cost against every step. You approve the plan before anything runs, and each step reports back as it finishes.

Autopilot
Set it once, it keeps going.Save a search as a campaign and give it a time. It runs daily, weekly or once, at the hour you pick in your own timezone, and stops at the credit ceiling you set. Each stage is a switch, so it can look and report without sending anything until you trust it.

What we score
Seven dimensions, one number.
Two are judged by a model that reads the page. The other five are measured, not guessed — they come straight out of a Google PageSpeed audit. You get a weighted mark out of ten and a letter grade.

Pricing
Being set before launch.
A monthly subscription covers the product, and credits cover the AI work — searching, scoring and writing each spend a few. That way a quiet month costs you less than a busy one.
We are not publishing numbers yet. Billing is still being wired up, and a price list that changes the week you sign up is worse than no price list.
The first group in gets a permanent discount on whatever the price turns out to be, and a direct line to shape what gets built next.
Take a founding spotFAQ
Common questions.
Do I need my own email account?
Yes. You connect a mailbox you already own over SMTP and IMAP, and mail goes out from your address, not ours. That keeps your sending reputation yours and means replies land where you already read email.
How many emails can I send a day?
There is a daily cap per connected mailbox, and new mailboxes ramp up over the first eight days rather than starting at full volume. Sending two hundred cold emails on day one from a fresh address is the fastest way to get it filtered, so the product will not let you.
Does it really work outside my own country?
Yes. The search takes a free-text place — a city, a region, a country — and runs against web results and Google Places with no geographic restriction. Austin is the same query shape as the street you live on.
What happens when someone replies?
The follow-up sequence for that prospect stops immediately. RevampRadar watches the connected mailbox, so a reply cancels the remaining touches whether you answer from here or from your normal email client.
Is this spam?
That depends on how you use it, and the responsibility is yours. Every email carries a working unsubscribe link, unsubscribes are honoured permanently, and the daily caps exist to keep volume in the range a person could plausibly write. What the product will not do is stop you from being careless — write to businesses you can actually help, and say something true.
What does it cost?
Pricing is being finalised before launch. Join the waitlist and you will hear the numbers before it opens, with the founding-user discount attached.
About
Built by someone who was doing this by hand.
RevampRadar started as an internal tool. The work of finding businesses with bad websites, checking each one, and writing a pitch worth reading was being done manually, one tab at a time, and it did not scale past a few a week.
The product is the automation of that routine — the same judgement calls, made faster and at a volume that makes cold outreach worth doing at all.
